Oakfield Under The Stars

Ticket price for overnight includes your pitch and breakfast pastries bbq Coffee and Tea will be available at a small charge on site Sunday morning

Timings for those with day tickets are 2pm - 7pm

Please bring your own food to BBQ on a throw away BBQ OR hire a BBQ for £5 on site (charcoal not included)

We will have jumbo games, rounders and a younger kids scavenger hunt will be taking place during the day and will be getting a campfire going late afternoon so you can toast marshmallows and eat s’mores.

So come along and join us for a night under the stars! 

All children must be accompanied by their parents or carers and remain their responsibility at all times.

Each family will need to appoint a designated driver in case of emergency

Unfortunately Dogs will need to stay home

What Will be Available?

• A pitch for your tent
• Parking in nearby field
• Games and activities during the day for kids
• Snacks, marshmallows and toasting sticks to buy
• BBQ's and fire pits to hire
• Showers are 20p for 4 minutes
• Water taps are within the campsite
• Camp fire from 5pm 
• Toilets
• Parking for cars in the "Top Field"

What Shall I bring?

• A tent
• Camp chairs to sit round the campfire
• Warm clothes for the evening
• Food to BBQ on Saturday OR arrange an Uber Eats/ Deliveroo at your leisure
• Throw away BBQ
• Matches
• Torches
• First Aid Kit
• Plates and cutlery to eat with
• Ball games 
• Portable speaker / guitar
